Was on line for a horrible 49 minutes today with a guy who said he is Senzo yet the next agent I called said I was speaking with Denzel which is a huge flag of dishonesty,he gave the reference number 0010. The guy was pushy and not focused at all as to what I was saying or requesting he just kept taking my matter lightly and at some point I held the line for 16 minutes to which he came back with mo tangible feedback nor a way forward. Frankly his client service is horrible. Also to your sales people,may you train them to disclose T's & C's properly because today I heard conditions that wouldn't have had me using your service if I told from the start,portrays ****mer tactics.
