Terrible wifi

Since day 1 i am struggling everytime there is a new story when I complain. My wifi is more unstable then I have ever experienced. I understand the terms and conditions about the speed but most days i am lucky to get max 5mb speed on the line. I can not even work from home or my kids doing their homework. I can not struggle like this anymore. Today finally someone explained to me why i am nit getting 100mb out of my line and that i understand. This was finally explained after i logged at least 2 calls a week. I am not always home and my kids need to reach me if there is a problem and this week there was twice they couldn't because the wifi is connected without internet and then i am not home to log a call.
