Terrible Vodacom Relations

I always believed Afrihost to be the top tier ISP in South Africa, but after 3 weeks of my fibre being down and my job suffering I now have extreme doubt. Support constantly tells me that the issue has been "escalated" to Vodacom technicians which seems to do absolutely nothing. You would think an ISP of Afrihost's caliber would have stronger pull to get their customer's issues sorted.
