Terrible terrible terrible! Doubles everything including time frames!

Ordered a new package from Afrihost because they would not upgrade it no matter which department I spoke to.

Then after a loooooong time (because they would not answers my questions) I finally managed to order the new package and the website advised 3 to 5 business days.

So after a few days I called and was advised to check the webpage which has no information on it at all. Then without checking my information the lady told me that the package is still at the warehouse and then takes 5 to 7 business days.

Today is day 7 and it was handed to the courier yesterday only and the courier can only deliver it in 2 days from now. Meaning that the original 5 business days I was promised has now almost doubled. The valley centre never give you information and just refer you to the Clientzone website or app. In the last 3 weeks Afrihost has gone from acceptable to TERRIBLE and from the client's perspective they just don't give a ****!
