Terrible terrible service from Afrihost

Terrible terrible service.. been without fibre for now than a week now. Call every evening, promised I will be contacted the next day. Eventually on day 4, told my metrofibre account suddenly doesn't exist - after nearly 2 years of being with Afrihost. Didn't even move houses..need to now re order for my account... Promised for the last two days that internet would be restored within the day. Still no fibre. Terrible service guys.. I had to make sure to call every evening just to know what was going on.
