Terrible terrible service

Absolutely terrible service, purchased an LTE sim from them last week, a week later still not activated. Decided to go with another provider to went to their "client zone" to delete an cancel the entire thing because I have gone a week without being able to work due to this,

Low and behold, I cannot delete the product and even WORSE I cannot delete my Credit Card details from their site. This is ***** Afrihost! You cannot hold onto a copy of someone's credit card details, this is against POPIA and I will be taking this further.
