Terrible technical support

Terrible after sales technical support!! I have been without internet connectivity for over 48 hrs with no solution on the horizon. Afrihost show little interest in sorting out the problem and simply blames Octotel for a line fault, and leave it at that. Octotel provides even worse service and offers no customer feedback at all regarding addressing the issue.

Avoiding responsibility by blaming your line provider is not going to bring back my connectivity!!!
