Terrible Technical Service | 6 days and counting no fibre connection

Let me start off by saying that the Afrihost team are all very polite and professional. However we still do not have a resolution to our Fibre connection. The challenge started off on 08 September 2023 and till today 13 September 2023 we still do not have connection. They arent able to send anyone out to assist us, they trouble shoot via whats app and the normal calls, however no matter how many times we do the same thing, from resetting, to ipconfig, to fibre activation, we are having the same issue. Vumatel is just as terrible as they keep saying there isnt an issue with the line. So if there arent any issues, why havent we been able to reconnect.
