Terrible support staff
The support staff is rude and unwilling to help. Afrihost used to have the best support staff when I joined and the main reason I joined them in the first place. I am now busy migrating my products away from them, but even that is a challenge with their terrible support staff, really disappointing after 10+ years of being with them

10 Feb 2023, 09:06It took me a week to get my line migrated from Afrihost to RSAWeb. I communicated a week or 2 before hand to Afrihost, RSAWeb and Octotel to make sure the trasition went smooth. Afrihost *****ed up the migration severely not releasing the line causing RSAWeb to cancel the initial order. Day after day comms with Afrihost they assured me the line was cancelled and disconnected (they ****), until I had to send proof onto RSAWeb of the cancellation to force Afrihost off the line. Afrihost support staff was unfriendly and did not want to help, in stalk contrast with the wonderfull support I got from Octotel and RSAWeb that put in effort to get things resolved. Afrihost lost a loyal customer of 10+ years... moving all my services from Afrihost to RSAWeb
