Terrible support from Afrihost

When Afrihost started they had amazing support, however since they moved to MTN and back again their support has gone downhill dramatically. It's so bad now that I logged a support ticket 5 days ago and still nobody has bothered to respond, I even included critical care in the email yesterday, they also don't even respond. This is the case with all my support tickets for a long time now.

Afrihost, you're support is terrible! You should close down instead.
