Terrible Support and Service

Since load shedding on the 15th of February I have been without internet. This is not the first time I've had such bad service from Afrihost, the last time we sat without internet for over 2 week.

Every time it is a back and forth with support staff who read from a script and clearly have no knowledge of how to diagnose an issue, and every time it ends up being resolved when a technician is finally sent out to fix something on site.

Let this be a fair warning to any and all considering using Afrihost, you'd be better off going back to dial up internet.
