Terrible support and passing the buck seems to be company values.

My data sim, that I have been using for years got disabled/recycled by afrihost. I have lost the data that I loaded onto the sim. When contacting afrihost support they referred me to MTN. I contacted MTN which informed me the sim is still allocated to afrihost and they cannot assist. Passing the buck seems to be the company moto.

After numerous help desk calls, they have all gone silent on the issue. This could of been resolved by them providing their customer with a new data sim, since they are the one's who recycled a active sim that had data loaded onto it.

If you need client support, this is not the company to go to. Their first line support is non existent
