Terrible service. You dont get what you pay for

I have been experiencing issues with my fiber. Every day from 7:00 PM I’m being throttled. My programs are buffering and freezing. When I first registered with Afrihost I was told that what I’m paying for is uncapped and that there is no throttling. this started a few weeks ago, to which I was told that it’s in my terms and conditions that when too many people are on the server this will happen. I then upgraded my package. Guess what. this is still happening. After numerous calls every day and people not helping me, managers not getting back to me and their don’t care attitude about resolving client complaints and issues, I’m realized that I need to let other people out there know. DO NOT register with Afrihost. You will not get what you pay for and no one will get back to you to help you. You will not be able to watch TV or use the fiber from 7PM onwards( which is when most people get home from work and want to watch TV etc.). Their marketing is misleading. I have spent so much of money and time trying to get this resolved, it’s so frustrating. I have never experienced this kind of “don’t care” attitude from any other service provider to this extent. I will every other platform I can think of to expose this company as they are taking people’s money and not giving them what they are paying for. It’s pathetic to say the least.
