Terrible service with 0 ownership

Every time load shedding took place , the router would malfunction when the lights came back on and from the time it started , our internet was down for over a month . We tried to troubleshoot it multiple time with Afrihost with no luck . They then found that the router was malfunctioning and confirmed that they will need to deliver another router to me . They billed me nonetheless and are now going as far as expecting me to pay for a delivery fee of the router even though they are the ones who sent me a faulty one at the first place
