Terrible Service Provider

I am extremely disappointed with Afrihost’s service and ongoing server issues. I have been experiencing constant downtime, slow website performance, and recurring 500 Internal Server Errors, which have severely affected my business operations.

Today alone, I received multiple notifications from Uptime Robot and Better Stack confirming that all my domains were down. Additionally, my websites are constantly lagging, failing to load, or displaying errors before finally opening. When I raised this issue with Afrihost, I was told that using resources on one domain was slowing down my other domains—which is completely unacceptable for a business that relies on multiple websites.

This is not the first time I have encountered such problems. Ever since migrating to their new server, I have had nothing but technical issues, with no real solutions from support. Instead of properly addressing these concerns, Afrihost keeps offering temporary fixes that do not resolve the root cause of the problem.

I have reached out multiple times, but the response has been slow and ineffective. I have now requested that my case be escalated to a senior manager, as I cannot continue to deal with unreliable hosting that negatively impacts my clients and my business.

If you are considering Afrihost for web hosting, I strongly urge you to think twice. Their server reliability and technical support leave much to be desired, and I would not recommend them to anyone who needs a stable and professional hosting service.

Afrihost, I expect urgent action on this matter!
