Terrible service. Never going with them again

We have been with Afrihost for 2 years and it has been the worst experience I had with fibre. They give you empty promises and don't give you what you pay for. If we eventually get them to answer our ticket they won't send anyone out to check out the problem we have to do it our self.

When you tell them the problem it just never gets fixed because "there is nothing wrong on their side". Absolute ******* and bad service.

I whould never reccomend this company to anyone. You never get what you pay for.
