Terrible service from afrihost.com

Terrible ISP they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I asked for my fiber line to be transferred from my account to another afrihost account that was going to be taking over the line for that premesis starting from the 8th of March till the 28th of March!! When the line was then cut off as they didn’t follow my instructions to transfer the line to the new account. I have now had the worst experience trying to correct their mistake getting ZERO help from them until yesterday they realized they made a mistake and fixed the line issue until today where the same issue starts all over again!! Between myself and the other account holder we have used over R1500 airtime already

This service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and the first thing you hear when you call them is the how they provide sure internet joy
