Terrible service from Afrihost (what happened to them?)

Like others, I'd rate zero stars if I could (Hellopeter do something about this).

Afrihost you used to be awesome. I don't know what happened. Now your service is woeful!

I went abroad on a business trip and asked for roaming to be enabled. Since returning I have no data service nor can I receive phone calls.

Afrihost's terrible WhatsApp service has asked me to check APN settings, restart the device (fourth time now) and try it in a new handset (done). Still no resolution.

I was told my issue had been escalated to the "Critical Care" team (no care demonstrated) - Ref : JRU-***8. All they sent back was "restart the device".

Come on! Do better Afrihost.
