Terrible service from Afrihost. ****** my money and no service

Terrible after service, Been waiting for my router since 23/06 I've been billed for a full month in July. My payment was verified and have been waiting for router.

Multiple calls and nobody can answer The billing supervisor refuses to credit my account regardless of me not using th service. Because it's my fault the account isn't verified but other members of the team says jts been verified

I highly do not recommend anyone use there services I would canceled but they have already taken my money. Theives on a corporate level

I need a manager to call me and rectify this
