Terrible service from Afrihost Internet Service Provider

Have been a client of Afrihost for more than 10 years and have had very bad service from them in the last three months. I have been having endless problems with my emails and no one there can seem to resolve my problem as their technical staff seems to be very ill trained. This was not the case a few years back when they had well trained staff. I am now considering changing service providers.
