Terrible service from Afrihost

Second review I am writing. I am still waiting for a technician to come out to Stellenbosch from last week. 2 weeks without wifi, this is the 3rd week. these girls are writing exams at the end of March and there is no wifi for them to study. Apparently we have to wait because there is no technician available for their line. Whatever does that means?? Shocking service. Please rather use another service provider because Afrihost is just terrible. They haven't even commented on the Hello Peter review.
