Terrible service from Afrihost

Hi have unending problems with my adsl-vdsl connection its off 90% of the time and i was paying R999 for a 20mb/s package

so the 11th august 2020 i decided to cancel my account i have spoken to a tech and they said that the account will only cancel the and of the month because i paid for the month. So the moment i clicked cancel my account it immediately stopped working and i enquired it from the tech's and they said it should be working and it was not working. i have my account details to provide and see that it was not active since the 12th

i have requested to get a refund for the days it was not active but i don't hear anything from the accounts department and i need to get this sorted out.
