Terrible Service from Afrihost

I have ordered a new Fiber Line on 14 June 2021. After a long struggle, the line was eventually installed on 2 July 2021. At this point in time, the line is still not active even though it shows on the Afrihost Client Zone that it is active. I have also been invoiced for the month. I have tried several times to get the issue resolved by calling them with no luck.
