Terrible service from Afrihost

3.5 weeks ago I app**** to have fiber installed in my property. The router was delivered 2 weeks ago. The installation company called SADV was then appointed to come make the necessary installation and ensure the line works. When I call SADV they advise that I need to talk to Afrihost directly and when I talk to Afrihost I am advised they have 2 week lead time which I find unreasonably and inefficient. My other problem is that I am working from home and in the interim I have to use my own personal data for internet access which is proving to be very costly. I want SADV to act on the matter urgently or refund me as this is taking too long.
