Terrible service from Afrihost

I had no idea that a simple thing as changing payment details could cause so much stress and frustration. I have duly paid my account every month and I asked them to update my payment details, since I was unable to do it via their ClientZone app,as it kept giving me error messages and to contact Afrihost.Well,that didn't work at all! I have on numerous occasions pleaded for assistance and hit a brick wall every time. They have virtually ignored all my correspondence with them or only give pathetic responses which are just plain ridiculous.

All I want is to settle this account and Afrihost is either unwilling or *********** to assist. Really poor service!
