Terrible service for fibre!!!

Shocking service as a fibre host. System kept dropping, automated cancellation emails constantly sent out to us. We work from home and therefore cannot afford breaks in our UNCAPPED service. We would often get notifications in our client zone to say we have no active packages as well as saying we have reached our data consumption which again was incorrect. We were bumped up to Critical Care but still this kept happening. Terrible service and nothing was done about it. I am demanding a refund for the balance of the days I will no longer be using them.
