Terrible service

I have been trying to sort out my emails since one this morning. They have a whatsapp line, but they only respond when they feel like it. I phones this morning, and was on the phone for more than an hour and the issue is stille not resolved!!! This is unacceptable!! I am not receiving email and my customers is not receiving my emails either!!
