Terrible service

Despicable, I have spent 3 days on the phone and on Watsapp with customer service, I have dealt with 10different people, they tell me to do the exact same thing each time and the internet does not work, they say it’s Octotels problem but from Octotel they say my line is fine and I must contact Afrihost and no one is fixing the problem! Customer service promise to phone me back and they never do… not one phoned me back. AND I have spent all my time being the technician to “type this, click that”etc this is why I pay for an internet company to do this not me but no I’m the one wasting time! they have been a disaster since the beginning, they do not communicate and they fail to deliver! I still have no internet
