Terrible Service Ever from NPCs

Took me the whole day trying to reset an eSim QR code, after sending a Picture with me in it, holding and ID and a date written on the board behind me 3 if not 4 times, they come back and tell me the that the date must be on the piece of paper not the BOARD....

When I ask what the difference since that all they need is the date, me in the picture with an ID, they telling me that it is their Policy (Everything they want is there), as of today, I am convinced that those AGENTS are either NPCs or they need a serious training on what is needed....their ego;s are just over the moon.
