Terrible service

Terrible service by Afrihost. Ordered Fibre once they finished installing Fibre infrastructure. Been waiting on Afrihost and Frogfoot for almost 2 months now. I keep getting the same response - waiting on Frogfoot. This is your job to follow up. I have contacted over 5 times now with the same response. Now I hear that I will only get an update next year because of holidays. Terrible service.
