Terrible service

I don't even know where to start. I have been with Afrihost for several years, which makes this even more frustrating. I was recently asked to switch from CellC to MTN fixed wireless. Since then it has only been problems. I have tried logging these problems many times, being promised that "the issue is being resolved". I have been promised follow-up calls, emails, etc. Nothing happened. I have not had working internet for over a week. I have cancelled my service and requested reimbur*****t. Now I am being ignored on their call centre by being put on hold forever.
