TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I placed an order for my internet package - router, internet and fiber installation on the 11th November 2019. The fiber was installed the next week and I was told the router would be delivered soon after. I continued to wait for my router for several weeks on end and followed up weekly - I was given he same answer that they would "put an escalation on the delivery" but still no feedback was given and nothing was done. I called again in the last week of Jan 2020 - two months of waiting and was told that the router was already delivered on the 20th of December - The router was definitely not delivered. Then they told me that the router has actually been lost and that the couriers will be in contact with me before the 4th of Feb. Surprisingly, I am STILL awaiting my router and am yet to even receive the slightest bit of feedback. I have been waiting 3 months for something that I was told will only take one week - worse yet, I was already billed by Afrihost - R587 for Feb and at the End of January was billed R56 - despite still not having a router I am being charged a full amount???? This is absolutely disgusting that I am paying for a service I am not receiving. This is by far the worst service I have received and would never recommend a company that is happy to ***** from customers, but slow to deliver feedback or even a Wifi router.
