Terrible Service don’t use them

Terrible customer service and terrible service overall. I’ve had an issue for 3 weeks regarding my IP address and they not tried to help.

Their staff is *********** and unwilling to help. When I want to escalate the issue there is no one to help me. Every time I call they have me complete the same steps with no solution. I work in IT and no exactly what needs to happen to fix the issue but they still tell me they are not the problem.

Terrible and horrible I will not recommend them to anyone stay away from Afrihost they are USELESS!!!!!!
