Terrible Service - Don’t care about long and existing clients

We have used Afrihost for a while and even recommended them to other people because we have had no issues. The router and fibre box are old as we moved into a new house which used to have fibre, so we reactivated it, they never replaced any old items that were not ours to begin with never came to check or anything.

From 21st of February we tried getting into contact with some one to help only on the 27th did someone come and check for the fibre line had to be replaced because it’s old and broken.

Then still the wifi did not work so we contacted them again then they said it was our router.

So instead of replacing the issue we had to buy one ourselves as they said they won’t we bought a new one and set it all up for the same issue, so money was wasted on our side and we sit with no internet (now the 28th February) my job is also reliant on me being able to work from so financially I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving and losing money from my salary as each day goes by.
