Terrible Service Delivery

I have been unsuccessfully trying to get fibre installation done at my home after paying my first installment for a month now. You send emails with no response, it is so frustrating. Is this is the type of service that is given before installation what about after. I'm very dissapointed in the service delivery and correspondence with this company.
