Terrible service

I have been a week without internet now and the assistance is plain useless.

On the 26th I contacted them through whatsapp support, the agent Devon B said it will be resolved before the next day 10h00

On the 27th I contacted them again through whatsapp support where the agent informed me no action has been taken to rectify my line not working and it will take 1 day to fix

On the 28th I called them where they said that it will now take 3 days to be fixed

On the 31st I contacted them again where they said that they need to redo action from the 28th and it will need another 3 days to get fixed

I contacted them again later the night on the 31st where they stated that now it will only take 24 hours to fix. They are absolutely clueless to what the issue is on my line and have been of no help at all in getting this resolved.
