Terrible service

I app**** for fibre with Afrihost. Confirmed with Openserve for installation on 01/02/2020, which never happened. Afrihost informed me of installation for 03/02/2020, which never happened. I've been following up every day since Monday with Afrihost. They need to contact Openserve to get feedback, but no feedback received eversince. Impossible to try and call Openserve and on the no i found, they cannot assist - they say i must call Afrihost. I cannot hold for 13 - 20 minutes for Afrihost to enquire this. Send a whatsapp as well, but no feedback. My router has been already delivered (that I paid for), but no wifi!
