Terrible Service - Beyond bad, non-existent.

Afrihost used to be great, espeically with service. Now they are worse than Telkom.

My dad has a brand new fibre account but they never sent the wifi router. Nor did they link his email to his dashboard correctly. He cant see any products online nor does he receive invoices or communications. The router has been 'en route' for about a month and still nothing. They now want him to go through a ridiculous process of taking a photo of himself holding his id book ?!? and submitting countless bank details and a few other things just because they arent organised. The person who was helping me on chat simply vanihsed when they realised it wasn't an easy fix, by trying to get me to do their job for them. Avoid Afrihost at all costs.
