Terrible service and terrible provider

Very bad customer service, i cancelled my wifi to upgrade with them, they then took out the R549 for the month but it's been almost a month and no response as to when it will be installed, when i call they claim that nothing is reflecting on their side,so you end up explaining over 10 times for money i have spend,extremely terrible service given, no updates or feedback.
