Terrible service and poor management

i am really dissapointed with the service i am receiving, i contacted them via whatsapp more then 7 times yesterday and every agent tells me something else, they made me recreate a fibre line, then there was back and forth, and the stupid chat just closes without them resolving the issue, it looks like they dont care about their customers, everything is a different story, all i needed was for them to send me the payment link
