Terrible service and no network for days on end at a time!!

I have had so many issues with Afrihost. when i do have electricity i do noth ave network, just this weekend, i last had network on Saturday. it just stops mid watching. Then Monday morning (09/03/2020) the network is fine in the morning and goes off at 6am. when i use the whatsapp line, i am told contradicting information, but i am really getting fustrated. i called and spoke to Lebohang, who said i should try some tests and email a formal escalation. i did this and explained that the speed test for eg is not allowing me to do the test. But Fumani responds with my usage statement when i was trying to escalate the matter. i am promised call backs, and it doesnt always helping, now i have to top up my cellphone while i am home, which defeats the reason i got wifi at home. I do not have DSTV, i stream, but off late i only stream when i can, which seems like 30% of the time. But i am paying, since i upgraded, mt data runs faster but have less access and no one to help, no technicians to do callouts. very unhappy with the lack of effort on their side.
