Terrible service and failure to deliver

I ordered fibre (online) from Afrihost on 3 February 2025. They sent an immediate automatic response acknowledging my order. To date, they haven't installed it. Every two days I have to request an update on their WhatsApp line, which is never able to offer anything more then an apology and an indication that the matter has been escalated. Afrihost, your service is truly horrific.
