Terrible service agent on top of zero service

Absolutely horrible experience so far. Ordered two weeks ago where they told me I don't have to pay yet, then last week when I queried progress they said nothing started because they are waiting for payment.

Then today I spoke to an agent Larnell Mann at 16:32. Besides repeating everything and giving me useless info, the the guy actually got irritated with me and raised his voice at me, as a customer I actually just lost it and couldn't wait to get off the phone. They will probably never even install.

Besides this rude agent messing with me, the main problem is that they scheduled my installation for a totally different province - it will now take at least a week for the monies I already paid to be transferred to wherever it needs to go and possibly another week to sit and wait for me to call to find out if they are even doing anything
