Terrible service Afrihost.com

I joined Afrihost over two months ago and too date they have never delivered my device yet they are deducting money for it.

I have called, tried their whatsapp business and all of this too no avail. Promises have been made that this will get sorted and now we are in a new year and still nothing.

They really do not seem to care and all I have been receiving has been terrible service.
