TERRIBLE SERVICE AFRIHOST

I received terrible service from Afrihost once asking to downgrade to a lower package, which I was told is only offered to new customers but not communicated on the vumatel site where it is offered. I was given many rude messages from their service consultants and then my fibre was canceled before the agreed date leaving me without internet and I work from home. Their reason was rude once more to say that it's canceled because I did not pay when its a debit order and there was sufficient funds. They are not interested in treating customers fairly.
