Terrible service

My experience with Afrihost over several years was painful to the bitter end. The service desk is friendly but utterly useless. I logged many calls without any resolution. Any escalation of complaint was equally inefective. The connectivity was at best 25% less than what I was paying for, at worst the complete lack of connectivity frequent and prolonged and completely unacceptable. Even the disconnection of my line (for a new ISP) took Afrihost 36 hours to effect at great inconvenience to the 4 people here who’s livelihood depends on the Internet. I have no hesitation in rating Afrihost Zero.
