Terrible service

I am shocked by the terrible service received from this company! I changed from my previous isp to afrihost because in the past they gave me good service but today I am appalled by their lack of service! I have been waiting almost 30days for my Installation, I have used thousands of Rands of data because I have to wait this long. I have called numerous times and I can't even get through to them, I've asked to speak to a manager and they tell me they will call back or the manager is working from home there's no manager available. They never call back, never give me answers! I am fed up with the fact that they have no care at all to even help resolve this issue. Never have a had such a headache trying to get internet installed. Unbelievable!
