Terrible Service.

My router was switched off for a week while i was travelling, when i turned on Sat the 4th of March it wasnt working. I texted help to the number 32541. The first guy I spoke to tried to help but said was a telkom issue and he would log a call. I heard nothing, called again on Friday, my call was dropped and no one called me back. Today is Sunday i have texted help at least 5 times. One call was dropped and the guy never bothered to call back, the one guy wanted to redo the same steps as the previous Sunday and i said what about the so called Telkom issue. This is nonesense. I really am very very disappointed
