Terrible service

We have been trying to get internet from Afrihost for almost a month, they cannot connect our line, they keep on blaming octotel, and then make you wait 48 hours to solve the issue only to tell you 48 hours later that they need to do something else again and wait another 48 hours. They are never wrong, they advertise internet but cannot supply, the only thing they are really good at is terrible service
