terrible service

I placed an order on the 20th and received the payment link and payed on the 21st, I was then told that installation will be arranged with Vuma reach, I then followed up and was told that Vuma reach cannot get hold of me on my cell which is a lie as I have not received any call from Vuma reach no messages I have called Vuma reach to arrange a date and they said I need to call my isp which I did on numerous occasions I then received an SMS to say I didn't pay , I then sent proof of payment to both Afrihost and Vuma reach and it was confirmed that that the payment was received in good order, I have been in contact with Afrihost on numerous occasion still no appointment has been scheduled and after explaining thoroughly to everyone via email and telephone I got a email today again requesting to make payment what more do I need to pay for ?? no resolution I have running around in circles trying to do your job I honestly hate the service I am receiving
